Why is Blue Macaw's Coffee so Amazing?
100% Gourmet Grade 1 Arabica Coffee Beans?
We offer 100% high-grown Arabica varietals from locations all over the world. Each gourmet coffee is inspected and certified according to specific standards of each region to be qualified as gourmet coffee!
We Never Mix in Robusta Coffee Beans?
Most other coffee companies mix a cheap coffee bean with their coffees to increase their bottom line. The problem with doing this is Robusta Coffee Beans are know to add a bitter taste to their coffee. We feel it is better to give a customer a truly amazing coffee and retain our customers rather then look for new customers each month?
Who does the buying for Blue Macaw Coffee?
We are a family owned and operated business; we take great pride in our coffees. Please allow me to introduce my wife, she is a true Coffee Hunter. She was born & raised in the coffee producing region of Nicaragua. As a small child she remembers helping her father pick coffee for the local co-operative. She started learning about coffee over 30 years ago when her dad took her to work with him. She learned how to spot the attributes of a high quality coffee bean as a young child; she is a true coffee hunter. Darling now travels to most of the countries we source our coffees from as our companies Coffee Hunter & buyer.
Who is your Roast-Master?
Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Gary I'm proud to be our roast master I learned the art of roasting coffee in Costa Rica for six years where I studied & mastered the art of roasting. After returning to America we opened Blue Macaw Coffee Roasters. Our company combines old world coffee roasting techniques along with high tech digital roasting technologies of 3 small batch Probat P12 Roasters. That’s why so many coffee shops are now severing their customers our coffees.
How is the best way to store my coffee?
There are many popular misconceptions on how to store your fresh roasted coffee! The enemies of roasted coffee are moisture, air, light, and heat. Storing your coffee away from them will keep it fresher longer. Therefore, an airtight container stored in a cool, dry, dark place is the best way to store and maintain the freshness of your coffee.

Ordering Information
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you certainly can. You can place your order over the phone during our regular business hours (9:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday) or you can place your order online at any time. If you have an special needs, we recommend you to call our customer service line at 1-912-506-8116
How safe is it to order online?
We provide you with the most secure servers for your credit card transactions. When placing an order with Blue Macaw since this is a Yahoo built store none of your credit card information is transmitted to us. Your credit card information is encrypted and only captured by Yahoo.
How do I order a gift for a friend?
At checkout, simply enter your friends name and shipping information in the ship to portion of the check-out cart; we will then ship directly to your friend. You can also add a note in the comments field so that they can receive a personalized gift message from you when they receive their coffee. The message will appear on the invoice & they will not be shown the cost of your gift.
Return Policies
Can I return a coffee I purchased?

Yes, Our return policy is very simple.

Blue Macaw Coffee's return policy is simple! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your coffee, and ship back at least 80% of the opened product to us to receive a refund less the shipping and handling charges incurred within that same14 day period. If you are unsure of what 80% of your product is, please see table below.

1 Pound bag: Must return at least 12 oz.
2 Pound bag: Must return at least 25 oz. (1.6 LBS)
5 Pound bag: Must return at least 4.0 LBS.
10 Pound bag: Must return at least 8.0 LBS.

*All custom or private label orders sold to wholesale customers are (NON RETURNABLE). Any coffee order you wish to retuned should be returned to the address below.

What is Blue Macaw Coffee return policy?

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your coffee choice and you would like to exchange it, contact us within 7 days of receiving your coffee, and ship it back to us within 14 days. include a note telling us what coffee you would like us to replace your order with. *All custom or private label orders sold to wholesale customers are (NON RETURNABLE). Any coffee order you wish to retuned should be returned to the address below.You will than receive an exchange less the charges incurred, as well as the price difference of the exchanged product if any. This will be figured out by the coffees cost per ounce, against the new coffee you are requesting.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping is seen as part of the transaction and not part of the product; for this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable

How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers provided by either USPS or UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer any shipping deals?
Yes. We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping on orders of $50.00 or less on a single order & Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
How can I track my order?
We provide tracking numbers as well as delivery confirmation on all orders, and after your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, contact us on our customer service line.
Credit Card & Other Types of Payments.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal and Discover or any debit card with the visa or MasterCard logo on them.
Can I pay by money order or a personal check?
Yes, We do not accept CODs, but we do accept money orders. To pay with a money order, print out your shopping cart before submitting your order and mail it to us with a money order covering the exact cost of your purchase, your order will be processed after your money order is processed & cleared our bank. Keep in mind this will delay your order being processed until funds have been cleared by our bank.
